Peacemaking

Many justice issues leading to some new outreach initiatives were happening in the '60s, '70s, and '80s. The nuclear war threats of the '60s spawned peace movements like Project Ploughshares. Members of our church and present Outreach Committee were founding members of the Edmonton Project Ploughshares chapter and led educational events at various learning centres.
